As Metafy’s sole Employee Experience Manager and an early member of the People Team, you will have the opportunity to embody and influence our company culture & values. You will be responsible for all programs that enhance employee engagement, connectivity, and overall work experience. You’ll be a driving force in creating a company culture that enables our employees to thrive & to do meaningful work!
What You’ll Do
- Design, plan, and execute internal team-building events (all done virtually!)
- Create recognition and rewards initiatives that celebrate employee milestones and team wins
- Curate personalized anniversary & birthday gifts, and handle all company mailings - including new employee swag and care packages
- Oversee the new hire onboarding experience, collaborating with the leadership team to ensure that each new hire is set up for success & is able to ramp quickly
- Ensure that remote employees - which currently encompasses all employees! - are equipped with the proper tools & necessities to create an optimal working environment
- Lead HR related initiatives, making sure all employees feel supported and secure
- Proactively work to foster cross-functional community and cohesion across the entire organization
- Proactively seek out opportunities for the People team to implement programs around learning & development, wellness, and diversity & inclusion efforts, based upon employees’ needs & wants in the workplace
- Run our weekly team meetings which include team lunches and all hands
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within an early-stage, growth-oriented company
- Comfort with the ambiguity of changing priorities, and the flexibility to embrace new ideas within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage multiple projects at once, while meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and analyzing the impact
- Desire to have a highly visible role within the company, and to be a champion for all things Metafy!
